Frequently Asked Questions

The state wants to protect homeowners from problems that can arise due to untrained or unskilled workmanship. If a licensed and insured contractor creates problems for your home, you have recourse. If the person or company you go with is unlicensed and uninsured, there is no recourse.

We can only give some very basic cost estimates on the phone. If you email photos and a great description, we can potentially get closer to estimates. Each property and project specifics are unique, so a property evaluation will give us the info on the variables that can significantly affect the cost of the project. In addition, when we visit we often see possibilities our clients never considered, sometimes putting their space or budget to even better use!
We can receive many forms of payment. We accept Checks, Cash, Bank Wires, and Credit and Debit cards through PayPal. We can also accept Paypal funds.

We help you get as much as possible with whatever budget you are working with, and our prices are very competitive in the market with other licensed and insured contractors. The proposal is based on your budget and the chosen design. It lists the scope of the work in terms of phases and individual costs, and sometimes there are options you can choose based on our prior discussions. If you need to wait on some of the project phases, let us know. We can help you prioritize what to do at this time and what can wait until later.

We can provide as much or as little as you like. If you’re crystal clear on your design we are happy to use your solid vision and give you a price. If you don’t know what you want we can help you develop your vision and apply the ideas and options that best fit the space. Due to the time involved, we retain our design until your decision. If you choose us and choose to use our final design, our design service is complimentary.

By bringing a soulful consciousness to gardening, sacred space can be created outdoors.
